In a Nutshell
Here at Prewards we’d like to think that we have a fresh way of looking at how we can best service our clients.
We could use statistics, lengthy mission statements, and lots of business jargon to explain this approach, but we prefer to sum it up in one simple phrase: Our job is to make your job easier.
All of our business practices and company values stem from that one phrase. If we are able to put a little time back into your day and maybe take some stress off of your shoulders while we’re at it, then we’re doing our job. So how do we accomplish this not-so-easy task?

During business hours, there is no such thing as voice mail at Prewards. We strive to make ourselves available each and every time you call so that, no matter the urgency, you can have complete confidence that someone will be here for you.

If we’ve heard it once we’ve heard it a thousand times: “I need something neat for our next promotion but I don’t know what.” Don’t worry about it! Our vast product database (750,000 products!) allows us to create vast presentations with only a small amount of initial input needed. Relentless Follow-Through
Your project will be followed up on in-house every day, multiple times throughout the day to ensure that everything is going smoothly and your products arrive to you as requested and on time (or before!).
Solutions, Not Problems
Let’s be honest. No matter how good a company is, problems will always arise. The key, though, is how to react to those problems. Nine times out of ten, when there has been a problem with your project you won’t ever even know about it because we do everything possible to resolve the issues in a way that leaves you, the client, completely unaware that anything happened in the first place! In those rare situations where we have to alert you to a problem, we come to you with all possible solutions, not just a mere statement of the problem.
